Assembly Procedure

Position tool 900027671 on the crankshaft drive pulley and fit the water pump drive belt onto the pulley.

Rotate the crankshaft drive pulley in the engine's normal direction of rotation, and fit the belt into the pulley groove. The belt tension does not need to be checked, but the belt must be replaced at regular intervals as indicated in the scheduled maintenance plan (see corresponding section of the manual). Remove tool 900027671 .
